Rafael Pérez Madridejos holds a degree in Law from the University of Castilla-La Mancha, where he completed his studies at the Faculty of Law in Ciudad Real.

Since 2005, he has held the title of expert in Public Law, issued by UCLM, and possesses the C.A.P. certificate, with an outstanding grade, awarded by the General Council of Spanish Lawyers and the Council of Lawyers of Castilla-La Mancha.
